Ok...so somehow I managed to lose weight this week. I was sure I was going to gain, or be lucky if I stayed the same. I had a run-in with some chips and salsa that kept calling my name from the cupboard. Luckily that bag is now gone, and the house is quiet again. I thought that was going to slow me down this week, because I watched the numbers on the scale stay the same until the last two days. So once I got rid of the dang tortilla chips, I was back on track. So, I am down 1.4 pounds this week, for a grand total of 25.2 pounds! WooHoo!
Now, I wanted to share with you my new favorite treat. Very simple, yet delicious!! All it consists of is one VitaTop Muffin (I love the double chocolate), Fat Free Cool Whip, and I used blackberries here (although any fruit would be great, really!). Here is a picture of my dessert I just enjoyed a few minutes ago! Mmmm....
The hubby comes home tomorrow night, I can't wait! That is always my challenging time, when we are visiting, because we usually end up going out to eat a couple times. I am usually pretty good at making good choices when we eat out, but sometimes it gets hard!! Temptations, you know!!
Alright, time for a movie and relaxation.
